To cancel an order you must send an email to service@dc-distribution stating that you would like to cancel the order within 72 hours of placing the order. Cancellations received after 72 hours are considered returns and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping fees if applicable.
DC-Distribution will make every reasonable effort to insure that your order arrives undamaged. However, we must rely on you to promptly notify us of any damage. The customer is to notify DC Distribution within 48 hours of receipt of order of any damage or missing parts. Send a damage notification to email@example.com with 48 hours and we will promptly replace the item at no additional charge to you. Returned item must be in the original packing. Damage reported after 48 hours will not be replaced.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
Our clients may return any undamaged item with written notification within 7 days of receipt by contacting customer service via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges. Returned items must be returned in the original packing and in replaceable condition. Credit for returns will be processed after returned item is inspected and approved by DC Distribution. DC Distribution will take reasonable actions to insure timely refunds. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. DC Distribution will make every reasonable effort to insure that your order is received in a timely fashion. However, DC Distribution is not responsible for any time guarantees in shipping and we cannot and will not be responsible for any inconvenience or any monetary loss, penalty, or extra charge incurred by our customers should any deliver take longer than anticipated. DC Distribution ships via UPS ground at flat rates to our customers within Northern California and provide tracking numbers so that our customers can track shipments. Expedited shipping is available upon request. Notify us of expedited shipping requests by sending an email to email@example.com after placing your order. Please include your order number.

In all circumstances DC Distribution's maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. DC Distribution shall not under any circumstances be liable upon a claim or action in contract, tort, identity or contribution. or other claims relating to the product it sells which exceeds this liability limit. DC Distribution shall not be liable for third party claims for damages against the customer. or for malfunction, delays, interruption of service, loss of business, loss or damage to exemplary damages, whether or not DC Distribution has been made aware of the possibility of such claims or damages.

Although DC Distribution provides guaranteed order security, we understand that some customers would prefer not to provide credit card information online. We do offer Cash On Delivery services through our shipper at the customers expense. The credit card will be charged at the time of the order. All prices are U.S. Dollars.
PRICING / TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
Please be advised that while we make every reasonable effort to insure the accuracy of our pricing, mistakes do happen. DC Distribution will not honor pricing mistakes or typographical errors. In the event an error is found the customer will be notified and given the option of cancelling the order at no charge or completing the order at the correct price.
DC Distribution does not collect sales tax on items ordered except for items shipped within California. California deliveries are charged 7.35% sales tax which is calculated during checkout.
